This is the fifth and last posture of 'Grasp the Bird's tail'. Place your mass at the left when sitting back. When withdrawing your palms, move by your shoulders and the orbit should be a horizontal circle. Relax both waist and pelvis, sink your shoulders and arms when pushing, the force must come from your pelvis, not shoulders and arms.
'Grasp the Bird's tail'(攬雀尾) finished, follows by 'Single whip'(單鞭).

The range of turning is quite big in Single whip, you should focus on the balance of your body. To make balance easily, you should simulate the scales, level the weight of both shoulders.
