Excellent pieces of advice from Sabeer Bhatia but
unfortunately he himself has not learnt any lesson at all.
In fact his product Live-Documents was launched in 2006 with
the hope that Microsoft will purchase this product.
Initially the interface of Live-Documents was so identical
to Office 2007 that a novice would get easily mixed up.
After a lot of criticism they changed the interface but the
screen shots are readily available stored in different blogs
and forums. Microsoft can easily sue them if they ever feel
threatened. The other shortcoming, as pointed out by many
professionals, is that they use a hyphenated domain name.
The world has moved and a name with hyphen is not trendy. If
you can arrange partnership with giants like TATA, then why
