Documentary Description

Karnak was the greatest temple of the ancient world taking over 2,000 years to complete with 80,000 workmen. Experts say it would be possible to write the whole story of Egypt from within its walls but for the mystery surrounding it. This programme follows some of the world's top modellers as they attempt to reconstruct the great pillared hall using precise plans and evaluations.
