Documentary Description

An overview reform movements during the Roosevelt, Taft, and Wilson administrations. By the turn of the 20th century, America was a world economic and military power. It was a heady time for the captains of industry, but for many others life was fouled by dangerous working conditions, political corruption and political unrest. The stage was set for the far-reaching reforms of the Progressive Era.
