Geophysics is a subject of natural science concerned with the physical processes and physical properties of the Earth and its surrounding space environment. It is the analysis of nature as it pertains to Earth, its environment, and its structure. Geophysicists study a variety of natural phenomena, including the Earth's shape, the dynamics of its interior, and atmospheric processes.
