Mechanical Engineering is the engineering field responsible for the development, evaluation and control of mechanical system and its components. It involves the application of principles of Physics and Mathematics to the planning and production of equipments and structures designed to the production and transfer of work and energy among its varied forms. Among its infinite applications are power plants, motor vehicles in all forms, noise control and acoustics, waste processing, energy equipments, rocket engines, heat transfer and all kind of industrial and consumer equipments.
