very interesting documentary which almost single-handedly
proves that our modern ways of living are working against
our nature. Almost all the centenarians live similar lives
in terms of living in peaceful, green enviroments, eating
simple, little and organic food with moderate physical
activity and a spiritual system. Modern life makes these
things so hard to achieve...take the example of tofu and soy
for ex. ıt is so hard to find one that is not
genetically modified. My father who after a stomach surgery
ate little and unprocessed and works everyday in the garden
looks 50 smth whereas he is 73-
it is time to question things in terms of our enviromental
and nutritional rights which are abused ruthlessly by the
food industry. As this documentary demonstrates, playing
with these equals to making an attempt on our and worse
still on our childrens lives(look at all those obesse
babies)
