Documentary Description

A forgotten ancient city in Iran was described in its day as the richest city under the sun. One of the impressive locations of the ancient world, Persepolis was burnt adn destroyed by Alexander the Great in 330 BC and lay forgotten for over 2000 years. This film travels to Iran to bring Persepolis back to life and investigate the complesities of the Persiam empire that was responsible for creating this city.
