MCB Solutions is a cross-cultural consulting company whose focus is increasing awareness about the impact of cultural differences in the workplace and helping immigrants integrate successfully into a Canadian professional environment. Our focus is helping people succeed in an environment that is unfamiliar to them. We develop and deliver workshops about the impact of cultural differences in the workplace; we coach expatriates, repatriates and new immigrants on the differences between Canada and their home or destination country; and we advise new employees and immigrants looking for work on the challenges they will face both searching for a job in Canada and entering a Canadian work environment.
