First, create a post called "Movies in the Park!" and add some text.

Next, upload this image to your media library: www.ostraining.com/images/wordville/Big.Buck_.Bunny_.-.Opening.Screen.png

Then, upload your movie to the media library. There are some sample files here: techslides.com/sample-webm-ogg-and-mp4-video-files-for-html5

You can now insert the movie into a post, and add a custom cover image.

You can repeat the process with audio files. There are some sample MP3 files available here: allthingsaudio.wikispaces.com/Sample+Music. With multiple audio files, you can create a playlist with several songs.
